Outreach and Drop-In Center(ODIC) is a Community-based facility for drug usres. the ODIC caters to individuals who use various substances and those who have the least access to the resources. ODIC is client-Focused with the goal to reduce use and minimise the harms associated with the use of drugs among primiraly young people in the community. An ODIC is a doorway for drug usres to a non-threateing and careing environment. it is a hub for all services, which drug users can access as per his or her need and convenience. in addition to addressing health needs of the drug users, ODIC will support their right to treatment and care services that are respectfull and non-discriminatory. other activities necessary for drug users conducted in the ODIC (like recreational activity,group thearpy,individusal counselling,family counselling etc.) the ODIC will also provide psychosocial support, a space for rest and recreation,as well as access to other drug users and OUTREACH WORKERS for support and care through mutual sharing off experiences.

ODIC provides a safe,supportive and normalizing environment for individusals labelled as "Drug Users" in the community, especially among the youth who are isolated in society,and to whom even sheltered employment settings are not meeting their needs. it would provide atmosphere of acceptance where individusals have a sense of belonging and grow in self worth,diginity and self-respect. it would emphasise on helping individusals feels autonomous and haveing the capacity to make decisions. An important out cone is this individusals devlope a sense of usefullness,increase their feeling of well-being,and minimize their risk of serious health problems that may have led to hospitalization.
